About Me!
Ally Santos
Hi there! My name is Ally Santos, I’m 20 years old and I’m a junior undergraduate student seeking a Bachelor of Arts in English. My reading journey started a little late because I did not become an avid reader until I was in about 8th grade, hence the name of my blog ;) But, once I fell in love with books, I was hooked and I haven’t stopped reading since!
Like a large amount of people in my age group, I am a massive Harry Potter fan. These are the books that sparked my love of reading which is why I hold them so dear. I now have a much more diverse palate of books that I love and enjoy, but fantasy is definitely one of my very favorites. I like just about every fiction genre but I am wanting to get into nonfiction more.
I’ve created this blog to express myself and talk about something I really love, so I hope you enjoy it! Please feel free to email or message me if you have also read one of the books that I’ve reviewed, if you want to recommend a book to me or simply just want to chat! I would so love to hear from you.

Because I am so happy and proud of my blog, I want to share and acknowledge all of the people who helped make this blog possible.
My wonderful boyfriend, Parker, is a web developer and the creator of my blog! He built the whole thing literally from scratch and I will never not be amazed. I am so incredibly happy with how well it turned out but also super proud of him and all of the hard work he puts into his career.
My fantastic stepdad, Maarten, drew my logo. I told him what I wanted and he made it even better than I could have imagined. I am so pleased with it and continue to be impressed by his artistic talent.
A good friend of Maart’s, Chris Swindle, is the person who helped me take Maart’s drawing and make it into a digital image so that I could have it on my blog the way that it is now. I spoke in very poor layman's terms trying to express to Chris what I wanted and he worked his magic on my logo and I couldn’t be happier.
